I have had the incredible privilege of working as a Registered Behavior Technician for 2 years at Bluegrass Center for Autism. This experience has been truly life-changing. Every small success, no matter how minor it may seem, feels like a huge victory to me, and I’m honored to advocate for these individuals progress at every step. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients/participants achieve what others may have once considered impossible, growing in confidence, and learning to communicate and advocate for themselves.
